CGTV Sisters find success!CGTV Sisters find success! CGTV’s graduate,  Kristina Karlsen is a hit in Norway after attending several CGTV Training programs.  Now she is the first billing in a Norwegian feature film.! You can watch her trailer here:  Click Here

 CGTV Sisters find success!

Her mother credits CGTV & Adrian to her success.  She says that what he did for both her daughters was nothing short of fantastic.   At auditions & while filming, directors and producers are constantly commenting on how professional Kristina is from auditioning to filming.  Mom says that Adrian taught her girls how to shine on and off the set.  The transition from novice to consummate professional was effortless because of what she learned in rehearsal, filming and on stage at CGTV.

“I am the Social Media Director for CGTV. I am also a mother of a child actor. I did my due diligence on CGTV before I worked for them and before I put my daughter through this program. What I found was that all the negative reviews came from people whom never attended the CGTV workshops or camp. We had about 80 kids presented at ACME Theatre live in Los Angeles this past January 2016. When the list of Hollywood Agents/Managers came out, I saw that about 45% of the people in the workshop were called back by top agencies. In addition, while we were at the camp, we worked with all of the Disney stars that Adrian advertises in his program materials. Actors whom had taken sometimes years to get accepted by an agency. In fact, we found out the Adrian (Esteban of The Suite Life of Zach and Cody) took three years in Hollywood before he was signed with a Hollywood agency. One of the reasons he started this program was to provide a viable way for talent to get in front of agencies that hundreds of thousands of others are also trying to get in front of. Adrian brings them the right to his talent and they come because he keeps producing talent. One thing to note, CGTV is not a talent agency. When one of the CGTV actors gets a huge role in a major motion picture (Like RJ Cyler in The Power Rangers or Me, Earl, and the Dying Girl) neither CGTV nor Adrian benefits financially from this. So the only way they can be paid for the tremendous service they are providing is to have a cost associated with their time/services. It is only a “scam” if they are pretending to be a Talent Agency. CGTV is not a talent agency. It auditions actors to make sure the natural talent is there. In Phoenix, I saw them audition 500 kids and only extend about 45 invitations for callbacks. If they have the talent, they will be offered a spot in one of the workshops. Some of them range in the low thousands and the VIP programs cost more. But the values are commensurate with the packages.   And the prices are clearly listed alongside the services when we speak with these parents personally about how we can help their child and why we think they have the talent.

Example: I paid $5,000 for my daughter to attend this VIP session. She attended acting workshops with successful working actors for a week. She worked with Adrian directly over 4-5 times. She shot a professional, commercial grade reel on site at a real studio/set. She received head shots. When we were done, I wondered how he could do so much, for so long, for so little. My advice to him was to raise his price to $10,000. He smiled and said he wanted to keep it accessible to as many people as possible.

As the newly appointed social media director, one of the parts of my job is to interview the actors and report their success stories. From Criminal Minds To Disney Shows, To ARROW, to blockbuster films, our kids that had NO HOLLYWOOD experience other than this program are winning big. And I am proud to be a supporter and promoter of this organization

I read the bad reviews.  They were from people that had never experienced the service.  Writing negative reviews about a product you have not experience/purchased seems as disingenuous as me reviewing a $10,000 Sony Flatscreen that I never purchased.  Maybe it was worth the 10k, maybe it wasn’t.  But If I didn’t purchase it, I will never know. “

At CGTV, we take talent seriously.  If you’ve been lucky enough to be selected at our audition process, you will be offered the opportunity to join us in Hollywood, CA to jump start your chances.  Even our Co-Owner, Adrian R’Mante (Esteban in The Suite Life of Zach and Cody) took 3 years before he found an agent and he is super talented.  Because of that, he created a program that would train actors for tv and film, provide a professional demo reel, resume, and headshot.  Because he was a household name and face on Disney for years (as well as many of his staff members) the agents come to his productions to seek out talent.  Agents from top agencies are impossible to get in front of, but not for us.  Don’t take our word for it.  Listen to another one of our recent success stories.

“Going into the CGTV program we knew absolutely nothing about “the industry” and Ashlyn had never been on a stage in her life. She was super excited to learn, and the CGTV program didn’t disappoint. Ashlyn absolutely loved her classes, all her instructors, and all the little friends she made that week. By the end of the week, she had beautiful headshots, a professional resume, her first experience on a real set, and her first performance on the stage of the famous ACME Comedy Theater! She shined on the stage and managed to get a call back from half of the managers and agents at the performance! It was a whirlwind after that as we met with some of the top youth agencies in LA, got multiple offers for representation, and found a manager that we love! Now Ashlyn is well on her way to pursuing her dreams and loving every minute of it! I am so, so very grateful to CGTV for opening  these doors for her. We would have never been able to get this far on our own!”

CGTV was the first to see my potential

CGTV was the first to see my potential

CGTV was the first to see my potentialCGTV was the first to see my potential. CGTV takes talent, develops that talent to be TV/FILM ready and then puts them in front of Hollywood Agents and Managers with all the tools they need to ensure their success.   Our success rate is amazing, but don’t take our word for it.  Below is another testimonial from one of our graduates.

CGTV was the first to see my potential

“My name is Kolin A. Sovern, I attended CGTV at the end of the 2014 program and 2015 Pilot Program.  Since being part of CGTV, I did get a manager with their help. Eventually, I got an Agent after my first performance at the Hollywood Improv with the Standing Tall Comedy group.  I have performed live several more times at the Improv.  I have also had a guest starring roles in several movies, along with a co-starring role in ‘The Overlords of Magick,’ filmed last summer.  Adrian R’Mante, one of the co-owners of CGTV was the first person who truly saw my potential, pushed me to find my passion and my dream of being a performer.  I will continue to pursue acting as part of my life thanks to Adrian and CGTV.  Thank you,  Kolin A. Sovern, CGTV Graduate”

We love all of our graduates at CGTV and this one is no exception, no one works harder at crafting his art than Oscar Ceja. During his time at CGTV, he took his training very seriously and truly shined when we presented his talents to many industry agents and managers at his live showcase at ACME theater. We can go on about the 1,000+ success stories that CGTV has helped develop, but we prefer you listen to the grads themselves.

“My name is Oscar Ceja I am 17 years old and I am a CGTV Graduate. About 3 years ago was when I first heard about CGTV on the radio, I was a bit skeptical since I had already lost over $20,000 to the “scam” schools such as John Robert Powers, John Casablanca, One source talent and the list just goes on. I decided to audition for CGTV and I attended the program that same year. Since day one Adrian cared for all the talent and not only are you a student but you become family that creates life long friendships with people who share the same passion. I gained lots of knowledge and skills that I didn’t have before attending the program. With the knowledge and skills I was able to attain an agent that has helped me get many auditions in LA. Since the program I have also booked several jobs.

Most recently my Khan Academy/SAT commercial that just aired. CGTV gave me a huge kick-start to my career that no other program would. Without CGTV I wouldn’t be where I am today. Since the program I have relocated to Los Angeles and constantly auditioning hoping to book something. Adrian continues to mentor me and I also assist him during the other programs.

One major thing to know is that nothing is free in this business therefore you have to invest money in order to get money. I encourage every actor that doesn’t know in what direction to go to consider CGTV”
With Great Appreciation,
Oscar Ceja

Is CGTV Right for you or your child?

Is CGTV Right for you or your child? Is CGTV Right for you or your child? Some people are reluctant about the program at CGTV.  Some fear they do not have the time IF they are discovered.   And unfortunately, some fear that CGTV is a scam, an agency out to make money on your dreams.   CGTV is NOT a talent agency.   We are a training ground for kids, teens and adults with talent and facilitate getting them in front of decision makers.  Yes, we charge for this.  Because we are NOT a talent agency.  We get $0 when one of our actors strikes gold in Hollywood.  But we get the joy of knowing WE were the catalyst that put them there.   We are only paid commensurate with the services we provide which are comprehensive TV/FILM Actor’s workshops, a live show, commercial reel, headshots and the chance to highlight your talent in front of industry agents and managers.  While we can’t help you decide if acting is for you or your child, with over 1,000 success stories and two of our students in major roles like Me, Earl and the Dying Girl, Power Rangers and shows like Arrow and Criminal Minds, we can assure you, we are the real deal.  Don’t take our word for it.  Listen to the mother of one of our kids.

Is CGTV Right for you or your child?

“My daughter Angel Berry (13) from Calgary has over 27 film credits. A best actress winner. Has a USA visa and yes was a student of Adrian R’Mante (CGTV) Twice actually, once for three weeks (summer camp) and then a weekend workshop. The poster CGTV advertises are actual mentors that either have or are participating in the workshops. Angel trained along side of celebrities she watched on TV. If it was not for the encouragement and ongoing support from Adrian, Angel would not be winning the awards or booking the jobs she is booking. Angel trains with many coaches all over North America however, knows she can pick up a phone/ send a message to Adrian. He never forgets a student’s name. Is his workshop for everyone? Only if you are serious about the business. I suggest parents reach out to parents with working acting kids. We are plentiful in Alberta. Good luck with you journey.”
